From Exeter:

From the M5 continue onto the A38 and follow signs for Torquay and Newton Abbot. Branch off left up Haldon Hill on the A380 until reaching the end of the carriageway. Stay in the left hand lane and turn left up Shaldon Road. Continue to the top and take the first turning on the left into Haytor Drive. Proceed on this road until entering Drake Rd. The development will be found on your right hand side.

From Torquay:

Take the A380 to Newton Abbot until reaching the Penn Inn Roundabout. Stay in the right hand lane and take the third exit up Shaldon Road. Continue to the top and take the first turning on the left into Haytor Drive. Proceed on this road until entering Drake Rd. The development will be found on your right hand side.
